Cancellations Policy

 

Participant-Initiated Cancellations

To be eligible for a SacramentoMUA gift card refund, cancellations must be made 7 days before the event.

Full Value tickets will receive a gift card less the cost of the makeup kit.

All other ticket types (Returning Student, Bring Your Own Kit, etc.) will be refunded in full as a SacramentoMUA gift card.

 

Gift card refunds can be paired with your makeup kit, which may be:

• mailed to you, or

• picked up in person, if mailing is not preferred.

 

Important: Cancellations must happen at least 7 days in advance to qualify.

If cancellation is made within 7 days of the event, ticket value remains final sale, and no gift card will be issued.

 

Event Provider Cancellations

If the event is canceled by the provider, participants will receive a full refund within 48 business hours, less the service fee ($3–$7).

Full Value ticket holders may still choose to have their makeup kit mailed or picked up if kits were already fulfilled.
